Contractual obligations: is there
a minimum period?
No, there is no minimum time
commitment. You can leave whenever you like but please note that our
terms of refund apply after three months only, we promise to generate
at least the equivalent amount of leads within this timescale.
We are confident you'll get much more.
Do you promise exclusivity?
Yes, once we serve you we will never serve a
direct competitor in your area for as long as your remain with us.
Who are you?
Our trading name is The Handyman Group.
We are a family business based in West Sussex, United Kingdom.
Are we a "first line" provider or a re-seller?
We are a first line provider with our own servers based in Telehouse London. Your site is hosted
at the heart of the main UK internet hub, therefore it is fast and
efficient.
How can you do this so cheaply?
The simple answer is that we carry a lot of the starting costs in
the knowledge that you will stay with us for a long time. Since we do
what we say we can there is no reason for you to leave! We benefit
too. Having you with us is a boost to the overall strength of the
network.
Can I buy an outright package including the domain?
It's not our preference although we are
open to discussion about this. However you should expect the cost to
be in the region of £2-3,000 to include design, hosting, optimisation,
search submissions and inbound links.
How much do you charge for upgrades or alterations to our site?
Within the first few weeks there is no charge for alterations
or amendments (within reason), after this our hourly rate is £35/hr
with a one hour minimum charge.
